The Great Unknown: COVID Claims on Construction Projects
Three years out from the onset of COVID and its impact on the construction industry, many claims initially presented in 2020 and 2021 are now working their way through dispute resolution. What types of claims are being made? How are those claims being decided?
Join the Society for Construction Law North America (Prairies Chapter) as we provide an overview of the types of COVID claims available, how best to present those claims, how best to respond to them, and outline how courts and arbitrators to date have decided them.
The fee for this event is US$20, but members of the Society receive free admission. If you are a member, please log in here or via the log in form in the right sidebar before visiting the registration page, and you will see the discount automatically applied
This presentation will be streamed live on April 12, 2023 at noon MST.
