Call for Abstracts – SCL NA Conference 2026

The Society for Construction Law – North America and the Conference Committee for the 2026 SCLNA Conference invite the submission of abstracts for panel presentations on topics that align with this year’s conference theme of “Melody of Resolution: Harmonizing Construction law in a Changing World”, which has a particular emphasis on new and emerging developments in contract management and dispute resolution proceedings in both the domestic and international arena. Submissions should align with the conference’s theme and demonstrate relevance to current legal, ethical, or industry challenges. All submissions must be provided by December 15, 2025 and decisions will be communicated by January 15, 2026.
