Help shape the definitive benchmark on construction dispute practice in North America.

The Society of Construction Law North America (SCL NA) is conducting its first North American Construction Law Survey, gathering data directly from owners, contractors, counsel, neutrals, and other industry participants on how construction disputes arise, are managed, and are resolved across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

The survey covers four areas: respondent and project demographics; the causes, timing, and cost of construction disputes; dispute resolution methods, neutral selection, and views on arbitration versus litigation; and the growing role of artificial intelligence in construction law practice and dispute resolution.

Results will inform a comprehensive report, to be released in 2027, providing the construction bar and industry with a data-driven view of current dispute resolution trends across North America.
