Learning from War Stories – Lessons from Those in the Trenches

The presentation will include a distinguished panel of four counsel well versed in the construction industry, including years working as outside counsel on behalf of construction-industry clients and as mediator(s) and/or arbitrator(s) for disputes involving large-scale commercial construction projects. The panelists will provide “war stories” related to their experience during negotiations, settlements, and trials that will provide practical advice and lessons for attendees.
