Evolution of Design-Build: Is Progressive Design Build the Future

The Society for Construction Law – North America (Gulf Coast Region) is pleased to partner with the Design-Build Institute of America, Southwest Region for this in-depth look at the state of design built today.  With a panel that includes external counsel, in-house counsel, contractor, engineering and owner representatives, we will provide insight applicable to all engineering and construction industry attendees.  We will discuss the pros and cons of the progressive design build procurement strategy, what types of projects work seamlessly with this strategy and what challenges progressive design build presents.  In addition to continuing legal education credit, continuing education credits will be available for PE attendees.
