Differing Site Conditions and Contractual Provisions in the Americas

Join us for a joint event between Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and Society of Construction Law-North America (SCL-NA). Rick Kalson, Cozen O’Connor Construction Law Group and Alberto Fortún Costea, Cuatrecasas, will speak in a one-hour webinar discussion moderated by Antonios Vytiniotis, Geocomp, about differing site conditions (DSC) in South America, US, and Canada. The discussion will provide an overview of the legal framework to assess DSC. The speakers will talk about key contract clauses, judicial decisions, and provide key differences between jurisdictionsas well as feature case studies to highlight the importance of each of the clauses.
